1、挖掘抑癌基因及癌基因在肿瘤转移中的应用及调控机制，阐述其表观调控机制，发现新的肿瘤转移相关 RNA 分子；

2、筛选NSCLC 复发转移过程中免疫治疗联合诊疗靶点，以及TKI耐药机制相关治疗靶点；

3、开展以TKI耐药株、原代细胞库、PDX模型为工具，体内重组病毒基因递送系统为技术平台的基因治疗转化研究。
