研究工作:

长期从事肺动脉高压等肺血管疾病的机制和转化研究,主要研究领域包括:

1、肺血管细胞钙稳态调控的分子机制及其在肺血管疾病中的作用;

2、DNA损伤修复异常导致肺血管损伤的分子机制及转化应用;

3、机体(气道、肠道)微生态失衡在肺动脉高压等肺血管疾病中的特征性图谱改变、调控机制和潜在应用;

4、基于肺血管损伤特性构建新型纳米靶向载体实现药物的精准递送。
