个人简介

胡文辉博士,广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,药物化学专业博士生导师,专业从事抗病毒与抗炎新药的研发。现任广州医科大学药学院学术委员会主任,研究所所长,广东省分子靶标与临床药理重点实验室副主任。2002年于中国医学科学院和中国协和医科大学获得博士学位,其后赴美国西北大学医学院开展博士后研究,2006年-2016年于中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院任新药开发室主任。


研究领域

胡文辉教授团队立足于尚无有效药物的重大疾病,通过基于靶标的药物分子设计和表型筛选,开展抗病毒和抗炎新药的研究截至目前,胡教授已确立多个候选新药,31.1类新药临床批件,相关的药物分子已申请了30多项国际和国家发明专利。胡教授目前兼任药学学报的编委、广东省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主委
