主要工作将聚焦于 【特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的成纤维细胞活化机制、免疫性ILD(如SS-ILD)的发病机理、新型生物标志物发现、药物靶点验证等】 ,通过整合临床问题与基础科研,致力于揭示ILD发病新机制,并为未来的精准诊断与治疗策略提供实验依据,从而显著提升实验室在国内外ILD研究领域的学术影响力与转化潜力。研究与临床问题的紧密结合,将强化实验室与呼吸科、风湿免疫科等临床科室的协作纽带,促进“基础-临床”双向转化的良性循环。
