聚焦人呼吸道病毒与宿主之间的相互作用,从宿主限制因子和依赖因子两个角度着重探究重要呼吸道病毒的传播机制;通过功能基因组学方法揭示冠状病毒和流感病毒发生跨种传播的分子机制:

1、重要呼吸道病毒膜入侵和传播机制;

2、冠状病毒和流感病毒发生跨种传播的分子机理。
