1、呼吸道病毒致病机制：病毒与宿主相互作用，病毒感染对代谢与免疫的调控机制；

2、病毒入侵、复制、分泌和组装等环节的蛋白质机器的结构解析；

3、基于结构和抗体的反向疫苗设计及评价。
