Recently, the research finding of the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease, the School of Medicine of Tianjin Medical University and the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University on the “research of metabolism regulation of lung cancer tumor” was published on Cancer Research, an international renowned academic journal and the journal of American Cancer Society. The research states that under the stimulus of the TGF β, FH coupled the signal channel between p53 and Notch, regulating the mechanism of epigenetic cell growth inhibition. It was discovered that in NSCLC, p21 AMP 4 (PAK4) inhibited the mechanism, thus facilitating the growth and proliferation of tumor cells. The research finding has provided a new theoretical basis for the precision diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.
