On February 28, the paper “Clinical Characteristics of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in China” co-authored by academician Zhong Nanshan and several other renowned experts was published online on the international top-grade medical journal The England Journal of Medicine. Through researches of large samples, the paper has revealed the clinical characteristics of COVID-19 and the research results are of important guiding values to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
