2019年博士毕业于中国科学院微生物研究所,随后留所工作。2025年9月全职加入广州医科大学呼吸疾病全国重点实验室。从事病毒复制机器工作机制和药物筛选研究,作为第一/共同第一作者和在Nature, Science, Nature Microbiology和Cell Reports 等杂志发表多篇研究论文。
病毒复制机制与药物开发
代表性项目:
1、首次解析了猴痘病毒DNA聚合酶全酶复合物的结构,并揭示了痘病毒聚合酶发挥可持续合成能力的特殊机制,不仅进一步促进了对痘病毒复制过程的理解,同时为开发抗病毒药物应对猴痘疫情提供了分子基础(Science 2023; PNAS 2025)
2、解析了埃博拉病毒聚合酶复合物的结构,阐明了其工作机制,并发现苏拉明能通过抑制底物进入酶活中心而抑制埃博拉病毒聚合酶活性的分子机制 (Nature 2022);同时还进一步解析了埃博拉病毒聚合酶与基因组启动子复合物的结构,阐明了其发挥从头起始复制活性的分子机制(Nature 2023)
3、主持青年基金,面上项目,获得国家级青年人才项目(2024)。
