1、肺动脉高压(PAH)的发生发展机制

2、肺血管内皮细胞命运决定与表型重塑

3、代谢重编程、低氧信号(HIF)、Notch/BMP 等通路在肺血管疾病中的作用

4、肺纤维化与肺血管重构的交叉机制

5、单细胞转录组、空间转录组、多组学整合分析

6、转基因/条件性敲除小鼠模型与疾病模型构建
