研究工作

长期深耕蝙蝠病毒学研究领域,核心聚焦蝙蝠相关冠状病毒的发现与进化分析、跨物种传播机制解析,以及蝙蝠自身抗病毒免疫机制研究。在冠状病毒跨物种传播风险评估、预警预测及新发传染病防控工作中取得重要研究成果。参与2019新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)早期病原鉴定与溯源研究,证实穿山甲可能为其潜在中间宿主;发现HKU5-CoV-2等多种新型蝙蝠冠状病毒,并阐明其对人类受体的利用能力。
