2003年本科毕业于北京大学医学部基础医学专业;2003-2006年就读于北京协和医学院生物医学工程研究所,获得硕士学位;2006-2009年就读于北京协和医学院肿瘤医院肿瘤研究所,获得博士学位。2009年9月,赴美国芝加哥大学Ben May Department for Cancer Research,从事博士后以及助理研究员的工作。2017年初,通过高水平大学建设项目引进回国,就职于广州医科大学附属第二医院过敏反应科教授。同时,担任过敏反应研究领域多项学术任职,包括中华医学会变态反应分会青年委员,广东省预防医学会过敏病预防与控制专业委员会常务委员,广东省医学会变态反应学会专业委员会委员。
研究方向为细胞程序性死亡及炎症的分子调控机制。长期从事过敏、肠炎、哮喘等炎症以及过敏相关疾病的发病机理以及细胞信号转导网络分子机制研究的工作,特别是细胞程序性死亡调控分子机制,首次提出细胞毒性TNFα调控细胞凋亡的分子通路,并且对相关调控分子的抑制剂应用于败血症的临床治疗做了初步的探索。目前的研究工作主要从炎症的疾病耐受角度对过敏性疾病临床治疗提供新的策略,深入挖掘其分子调控机制和应用于临床治疗的可行性,为有序的临床实验提供有价值的科学依据。
