2009年以来作为呼吸疾病国家重点实验室PI和医院感染科主任、微生物科主任,有丰富的临床实践经验,对本专业复杂疑难疾病的诊治有独特的见解和精湛的医疗技术,认真管理本专业的技术和科研工作。临床、教学以发热性疾病、呼吸道感染性疾病的诊治;合理、经济地使用抗生素为主要方向。科研以细菌耐药性监测和细菌耐药机制为研究方向。
主持国家“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”支撑计划4项,国家自然科学基金项目7项(其中国自然-国际合作项目1项),省、市级课题10余项。在lancet infect dis, clin infect dis,Clin Microb infect, Plos one等杂志发表论文50余篇。申请并授权两项实用新型专利。培养硕士研究生15名,博士研究生4名。
研究团队围绕当前国际关注的“细菌耐药问题”,根据国家卫健委的计划指派,利用课题组的临床与科研优势,在抗生素科学管理、细菌耐药技术规范、细菌耐药机制以及抗生素合理使用优化方案等方面做了大量工作,为推进国家抗生素使用战略、提升重点实验室国际影响力做出了微薄的贡献。
